Yasashii Kiss wo Shite is DREAMS COME TRUE's 32nd second single and the first one under Universal Music label (along with DCT Records). The title track was used as the dorama Suna no Utsuwa theme song. It was performed on the annual Kouhaku Uta Gassen (after a 7 years absent of DCT). It reached #2 on the Oricon charts and charted for 47 weeks. It sold 58,000 copies on the first week of sales and sold 316,000 copies overall.
