Tomoni is KOKIA's fourth single, and the first single of hers to be released under Victor Records. Tomoni was used as the shin-D Quintet ending theme song. The B-side was sung entirely in English. In Taiwan and Hong Kong, the single was released as a double single with Say Hi!!
