Talk:Matsumoto Tak
From Wiki.theppn
I added info about Steve Vai's collaboration with the B'z boys because it's printed in the album. I don't know who the B'z are; I just know they sold a lot of records. So has Steve Vai, 'cause he's really good at playing the guitar. Buy the album and you'll see these guys credited. Thanks.Jyoru 11:07, 19 March 2008 (JST)
Move
Since "Tak" is his English name, I am suggesting a move to Tak Matsumoto instead of Matsumoto Tak. Any thoughts? Killybunny 09:29, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
- It's true he does tend to go by "Tak Matsumoto" on all releases - but if we moved the page based on that, we'd be contradicting what we said about Ishida Yuko on her talk page for a release, which said we list Japanese artists by Surname-Forename regardless of how it's printed on their CD in romanization. But I don't know in this case - anyone else care to put in their two cents? ~ Wapiko 13:52, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
- Leave it the way it is. If we move then we'll have to everyone else who romanized this way, and all that will do is make everything confusing. Everyone should be Surname-Forename, it makes more sense. ~themonkeyofdoom
