In the Trivia section can be read She originally stated her reason for graduating for Morning Musume was because she wanted to work in fashion. However, it was later revealed that she four months pregnant with the child of Shinya, ex-LUNA SEA's drummer, and had a shotgun marriage. The thing is that if her first child was born in November, she was a Morning Musume member no more when she conceived her first child. Obviously, the reason why she left the group -if other than the one she stated- wasn't her pregnancy.

Yes, that part didn't make sense to me. It says she left in January 2000. If the kid was born in November, then it was conceived in March at the earliest. So she graduated and then I guess a month or two later, got knocked up. freakNASTY 11:47, 21 November 2006 (JST)
