First Kanji Title

It says "Ningyo is a cover of the 90's hit song by NOKKO, and is the first song in Namie's discography to have a kanji title." But does that specify SINGLES or ALBUMS? Because in her album 181920 she has not one, but two songs in Kanji: (Try Me ~Watashi wo shinjite~ and Taiyo no SEASON). I know those are her solo versions from her Super Monkey's career, but it is also included in her discography. Can someone clarify or fix this?
