Plot
Something's afoot in the Divine Springs Academy: the students are mass-accessing a website named Enola Gay, where rebellion against adults is at boiling point. The police have tried to follow this, but they find it to be useless when their undercover detective is kidnapped and killed.
The government has then no option but to repatriate the daughter of the original Sukeban Deka, a nameless girl who goes by "K" (Matsuura). As it turns out, K's mother is being accused of espionage and is being held prisoner by the American government, and unless K agrees to take the name of Asamiya Saki and infiltrate Divine Springs, the Japanese government will not negotiate with its American counterpart, and her mother will spend the rest of her days in jail.
