STYLE is the fifth studio album released by Amuro Namie. The album is Amuro's first solo album in three years (during that time she released music with SUITE CHIC) and is her first album to have a complete urban sound. The last two tracks; SO CRAZY (Mad Bear Mix) and Wishing On The Same Star (Movie Version) were only available on the first press edition of STYLE. The song Four Seasons was used as the ending theme to the third Inu Yasha movie.
Despite Amuro's fresh new style, this is listed as being her worst album to date in terms of sales. The album reached #4 on the Oricon chart and stayed on the chart for a total of for twenty-three weeks. The album sold 93,142 copies during the first week and went on to sell a total of 221,874 copies. The album also sold 6,667 copies in Korea, and mangaed to reached #10 on their album chart.
