Step☆Out EP is Fukuhara Miho's debut indies mini-album, released under the Yumechika Records label. Koi wa Rhythm -Believe My Way- was the promotional song from this mini-album, and had two tie-ups: it was the World Nordic Ski 2007 Japanese team encouragement song, and the HTB TV show Yumechika 18's October 2006 opening theme song. Hard to handle is a cover of the Otis Redding song. Taemanaku was used as the show Subarashii Sekai's ending theme song.
The first press edition featured the Koi wa Rhythm -Believe My Way- music video embedded as a CD extra.
