Spirits is SoulJa's debut album. It was released in two versions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD only edition. Due to the success of Koko ni Iru yo's answer song Soba ni Iru ne, the album was re-released 6 months later. This version was released solely in CD+DVD format and featured a self-cover of Soba ni Iru ne, this time with vocalist YUKIE replacing Aoyama Thelma. Also featured was Sotsugyo (Indies Version)/First Contact (Indies Version) instead of the regular versions, a new track Epilogue -happy- and a new cover.
