Skirt is Chara's 26th single. James Iha of Smashing Pumpkins helped compose Skirt.It was used as the beverage Otsuka Pocari Sweat CM song. A 30 min short film based on the song was made. This single reached #37 on Oricon charts and charted for three weeks. This single sold a total of 13,360 copies.
