Sekai ni Hitotsu Dake no Hana is SMAP's 35th single. Sekai ni Hitotsu Dake no Hana was used as the theme song for the Fuji TV dorama Boku no Ikiru Michi, starring Kusanagi Tsuyoshi. It reached #1 on the Oricon charts and sold 2,108,565 units, becoming the #1 single of 2003. It also sold 406,987 copies in 2004, becoming the #11 single of that year. This single has sold a total of 2,579,254 copies and is still charting.
