"Ninin Sankyaku" is the tenth single released by misono. The title was used as the theme song to the video game, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World. The limited edition of the single includes bonus DVD with the music video for "Ninin Sankyaku", Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World edition of the video, intro anime for the GameCube/PlayStation 2 version of Tales of Symphonia, intro video for the Nintendo DS game Tales of Tempest, and special digest footage of misono's works for the Tales series (Soshite Boku ni Dekiru Koto, Starry Heavens, VS, and Lovely♥Cat's Eye).
The single debuted on the Oricon chart at #10, becoming misono's second release to chart in the top ten. The single has also given misono her highest debut week sales since her 2006 debut single, "VS".
