Nicholas Tse, known as Nic Tse by his fans, is a Canadian-born Chinese singer, songwriter & actor. He was raised in Vancouver and attended St. George's School and later attended Hong Kong International School for one year before dropping out at grade 10. According to Tablo from Epik High, they were classmates and good friends. For a year he lived in Arizona, America before going back to Vancouver. He has both a Canadian and Hong Kong citizenship.

Tse was singing at a party for a family friend. He was discovered by Albert Yeung, head of the label Emperor Entertainment Group. In 1997, Tse signed a record deal with EEG under the Fitto sub-label.

Nicholas Tse mostly stars in action films. His most notable action base films include Dragon Tiger Gate, Gen-X-Cops, Young and Dangerous: The Prequel, Invisible Target and with Jackie Chan in New Police Story.

He is currently dating Cecilia Cheung, also a Cantonese C-Pop singer, actor and model.
