Nemurenai Yoru wa Nemuranai Yume wo is Shibasaki Kou's third single. Nemurenai Yoru wa Nemuranai Yume wo was used as the theme song for the TBS dorama Egao no Housoku, while Ukigumo was used as the CM song for the Kirin Beer companys new line of carbonic acid cockails. The single reached #7 on the Oricon charts and stayed on the charts for nine weeks. It sold a total of 58,000 copies.
