モーニング娘。オーディション2005 (Morning Musume Audition 2005) was the second set of auditions to choose seventh generation members of Morning Musume. Because no new members were selected from the winners of the previous Lucky 7 Audition, a second audition was held. The details for application were announced on the 2005-02-06 episode of Hello! Morning.

For the first round, 21,611 girls applied. After the first selection, 2,784 girls moved on to the second round. With another selection the group was reduced to 82 girls for the third round. Finally five girls were chosen to go the fourth and final round. See the table below.

The final five girls were:

Suma Ai (須磨愛), 12
Kubo Risa (久保梨沙), 19
Kusumi Koharu (久住小春), 12
Inagaki Keiko (稲垣恵子), 13
Furukawa Airi (古川愛李), 15

Kusumi Koharu was announced as the winner in Hello! Morning Episode 257 on 2005-05-01.

Also, two girls who participated in the audition, Suma Ai and Iwashima Manami (who did not reach the final round) would later be added to Hello! Pro Kansai.
