Information
Before coo:ya, Miyo lived in her hometown of Aichi writing short stories. While there she also started her own independent fashion brand and started to produce for indie artists. Soon after that she started to model for such photographers as Abe Yoshimi, Nagafuchi Motoyasu and Akif Hakan Celebi.
In 1999, a friend and fellow producer introduced her to fellow musician Honda Kurage. They quickly became friends and came up with the idea to start a duo. While originally just for fun, they have stuck to the project. Miyo is the vocalist for the group as well as lyricist. In between doing music, Miyo still models.
