"Mi-Ha" is the second album released by Moritaka Chisato. Much like her debut album, it was released in three formats: Vinyl record, CD disc, and cassette tape. The album had two singles released lead up to the album. The song "Mi-Ha" was re-arranged and released as a re-cut single a month afterwards.
The album reached #17 on the Oricon chart and stayed on the chart for a total of thirteen weeks. The album sold a total of 72,000 copies.
