Ling tosite sigure (凛として時雨; phonetically Rin Toshite Shigure) is a three member rock band that formed in Saitama in 2002. They are notable for their twin vocalsts - one male and their other female. They found success with their first single, Telecastic fake show. The band's name means Cold in the Form of a Drizzle.
