"Life is Like a Boat" is the second single released by Rie fu. The title track was used as the first ending theme to the popular shounen anime, Bleach. The single's b-side, "Voice" is an song written/sung completely in English. The single reached #32 on the Oricon and charted for 17 weeks with total reported sales of 32,565 units. This is Rie's second best-selling single.

Song Information
Music Video
The music video for "Life is Like a Boat" shows Rie singing and playing piano in a small room. Midway through the song she pushes down one of the walls to reveal the ocean beach outside. The room proceeds to move around showing windmills and a bridge outside the wall. At the end of the song the camera pans back to inside the room and eventually to a self painting on the floor.
