- Information
Koi Shiyou♪ is Leah Dizon's second single, described as a "grooving, up-tempo dance song" in initial press releases. It came in two versions, a limited edition CD+DVD edition and a CD only version (which included a bonus six-fold mini-poster). Koi Shiyou♪ was used as the CM song for Lotte's Rich Fruits Chocolate (which starred Dizon in the ads), as well as the music.jp CM. The B-side Could you be that one? was used as the game Ninja Gaiden Σ's CM song. The single reached #7 on Oricon charts and charted for 12 weeks. It is currently her most sold single, outselling Softly by 700 copies. The entire single was later featured on her debut album, Destiny Line. Dizon later performed the song at the 58th Kouhaku Uta Gassen.
Nakata Yasutaka remixed the song, which was released two months after the initial single's release. Originally available only for ringtone purchase, the full song was released to online distributors on July 25th, 2007. This remix later appeared on Dizon's album Destiny Line as track #15 and as a bonus track on the CD only version of the album.
The single was also released in Hong Kong two months later under the WHATS MUSIC label. It failed to chart in the global chart of Hong Kong.
