KELUN (former UTARI) is a J-Rock band formed in 2006. The band's name is a mix between the German word KERN and the English word CAIRN.

In 2005 Kojima Ryousuke's former band P2H disbanded and he started a solo project as UTARI. In the next year two new members (Satou Shuusaku from FREENOTE and Kajitani Masahiro from KOHL) joined Kojima Ryousuke in his project.

On November 2006 the group released the mini-album UTARI uner the indies label sweet honey record.

In September 2007 they changed the band's name to the actual KELUN and released their second mini-album Astral Lamp under a major label, SME Records, a Sony Music Entertainment sub-label.

In May, 2008 Satou Shuusaku left the group, a month later Yukito joined the group.
