- Similar to "Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari 2", the girls each sing a solo verse about themselves, but with different lyrics.
- The instrumental for the song has changed for the first time since the original "Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari", and now includes a lead harmonica.
- Each girl's intro by Tsunku is now slightly more elaborate and extended than in the first two songs, and often include effects such as vocal slowdowns, stutter, and repetition.
