It's happy line is YUI's first single and only independent release. The single was released under the indie label RAINBOW ENTERTAINMENT. Before YUI's popularity rose after her first single, this CD could be found on Yahoo JP Auctions going for around ￥1000. Now most copies go above ￥40000, over $350 USD.
The lyrics and music for It's happy line were written by YUI. The arrangment for the track was done by Suzuki "Daichi" Hideyuki.
