Hirakawachi 1-chome (平川地一丁目), also known as Hirakawachi Icchome, is a Japanese folk duo consisting of brothers Hayashi Ryuunosuke and Nayashi Naojirou.

In 2004, releasing their second album Enpitsu de Tsukuru Uta, the group made the 7th spot on the Oricon Chart, making them the youngest J-pop male artist to make the top 10.

In spring 2007, Hayashi Naojirou made his solo debut with the single hikari, serving as the theme song for the film Lemon no Koro, which Hayashi also starred in.
