Information

EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP is Kawase Tomoko's debut solo single, under the pseudonym Tommy february6. The solo single showed a notable change in direction from her work with the brilliant green; this song being an upbeat synth-laden '80s-style dance song. It was used as COUNTDOWN TV's opening theme song. SINCE YESTERDAY is a cover of the same titled song released in 1984 by Strawberry Switchblade. The song peaked at #12 on Oricon charts and stayed on the charts for 12 weeks.

The song was covered by the Kawase-produced group Tommy☆angels on their single You'll be my boy as track #3.

The PV for EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP directed by Sano☆Yutaka. Kawase is dressed as a geeky librarian-type girl, who falls to sleep and dreams that there are cheerleaders dancing with her. During the PV she dances, drinks gin from a hip-flask, plays mashed up sports (baseball with a golf club, table tennis with a tennis racket and football with a bowling ball) and makes a girl explode.
