DEF.DIVA (デフ.ディバ) was a one-shot Hello! Project unit consisting Abe Natsumi, Goto Maki, Ishikawa Rika, and Matsuura Aya.

History
DEF.DIVA was formed in September of 2005. Their first single was released a month later in October and reached #1 on the Oricon charts. Like the one-shot units Gomattou and Nochiura Natsumi before them, DEF.DIVA was also thought to be a one-shot unit and release only one single, as supported by the fact that the group's formation announcement stated that it was a "special unit for 2005".
In March 2006, it was announced that DEF.DIVA was going to sing the 2006 support song for the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles baseball team, with the release of the single, "LET'S GO Rakuten Eagles". With this release, it suggested the possible fact that DEF.DIVA would be active for some time. However, the group has been inactive since these two releases, and it is unknown if it will return.
