Chapter One ~Complete Collection~ is Arashiro Beni's first best-of collection. The album was released in two versions: CD+DVD (featuring all of her main music videos, along with 80 minutes of footage from her BENI ARASHIRO first LIVE concert) and a CD only version. The DVD features 9 of the 19 tracks performed.
The release of this album was plagued with official reports of different plans. Firstly a single was announced for March (presumably for Mellow Parade), which never received a confirmed date. Later, initial news reported that the best album would be called BEST+3 and would feature 14 tracks. Later, the songs Give me up and GOAL were added to the tracklist.
Three new songs feature on the compilation. They are BIG BANG (Mainichi Housou TV's broadcast of the Koushien Bowl theme song), Southern Star (Orion Beer Southern Star CM song) and Mellow Parade (movie Bra Bra Ban Ban theme song). Arashiro stars as herself tin the Orion Beer commercials, and stars in the movie Bra Bra Ban Ban in the leading role.
