Canvas is a slow ballad released by Hirai Ken. It was used as the theme song for the drama adaptation of Hachimitsu to Clover.

The music video for the song is directed by Kumazawa Naoto (熊澤尚人). It is a story music video, centring around two office workers, played by actor Tanaka Kei and actress Nakamura Yui, who meet each other. Hirai is also featured in some scenes of the music video, sitting on a table in a lecture theatre.
