Boku no Kimochi is WaT's second single though their first major label one. The single came in three different formats; a limited CD+DVD version, a limited CD+trading card version and a CD only version. Each version had exclusive material. This single peaked at #2 on Oricon charts and charted for seven weeks. It sold 172,207 units in 2005 and reached #56 in the end-of-year charts. It would continue to sell in 2006, and sold 113,039 copies in that year, becoming the #90 single of that year as well. In total, this single has sold 285,246 copies.
Limited CD+DVD version:
- Included off-shot footage, group photography, and the first presentation of a segment called My Room. It also included a Special Release Event ticket for a handshake meet-and-greet. There were three of these events staged; one on 2005.11.03 in Tokyo, one on 2005.11.05 in Osaka and 2005.11.06 in Nagoya. Also included in this release was a special ticket that you could mail away to receive an exclusive WaT poster. This could only be done from 2005.11.01 till 2005.12.02.
Limited CD+Trading Card version:
- Included two collectable trading cards with this limited release. Also included were the aforesaid tickets for a meet-and-greet and an exclusive WaT poster.
Regular CD Only version:
- This version's only difference is the cover artwork.
