Information

"Best! ~Single Collection~" is the first singles collection released by Shiina Hekiru. Shiina previously released a b-side collection back in 2000 (there was an overseas a-side collection released along with it). This album collects Shiina's single from her debut until her the "Sadistic Pink"-era releases.

The album was originally slated for a 2007.12.19 release, but was later pushed back a few days before the date. It was unknown if the album was going to be released on 2008.03.12, seeing as Shiina's offical site, Sony homepage, and Oricon pages were not yet updated with the album and its contents just a few days before its release.
