ALL FOR ONE & ONE FOR ALL! is a special single featuring Hello! Project's 2004 shuffle unit, H.P. All Stars. It was released on December 1, 2004 on the zetima label in both limited (EPCE-5343) and regular (EPCE-5344) editions. The limited edition came with a 100-page mini-photobook.

Trivia
- The title track pays homage to the order as to when the members joined Hello! Project. For example, the original members of Morning Musume (Nakazawa Yuko, Iida Kaori, Abe Natsumi) sing the first lines of the song, followed by Morning Musume's second generation members (Yasuda Kei, Yaguchi Mari), and so on.
