会いたかった (Romaji: Aitakatta; English: I Wanted to See You) is AKB48's 3rd single and first to be released under the DefSTAR Records label. It was released on 2006-10-15 with catalog numbers DFCL-1308 (Regular Edition) and DFCL-1306 (DVD Edition). The first press of the regular edition has a picture label on the disc.
Both songs are originally from Team A 2nd Stage - Aitakatta. Aitakatta was the theme song for the TBS Show Rank Oukoku.
