Ai no Bakudan is the 38th single by B'z. The single came in two editions; a limited edition and a regular edition. The limited first-press edition included two bonus tracks, a karaoke version and a guitar solo-less version, as well as guitar sheet music. Ai no Bakudan was used as the March '05 ending theme to the TV Tokyo show JAPAN COUNTDOWN, as well as being the Zespri Golden Kiwifruit CM song. This single reached #1 on Oricon charts and charted for 14 weeks, becoming their 33rd consecutive #1 single. Because it sold 293,572 units in 2005, it became the #27 single of the year.
