"-Akai Hana- You're gonna change to the flower" is the thirteenth single released by Shiina Hekiru. "-Akai Hana- You're gonna change to the flower" was used as the second opening theme song to the Eden's Bowy anime, which Shiina played the voice of the main characters Elisiss and Jsieda. The b-side "Itsu Made mo...", is a mid-tempo pop number which sounds like it could have come from her "with a will" era.
The single reached #14 on the Oricon charts (making it her highest ranking single) and stayed on the charts for a total of six weeks. This single sold a total of 57,016 copies, making it Shiina's best selling single.
The single was re-released on 2004.09.29, in a 12cm CD format.

Music Video
The music video for "-Akai Hana- You're gonna change to the flower" features Shiina sitting in a darkened room. At the begining of the video there are red roses tossed on the floor, and through out the video it shows flashes of a variety of flowers, mainly red (seeing as Akai Hana means Red Flower). One scene shows Shiina hold rose petals which turn into a black butterfly, which is later show inside a transparent cube.
